A Realtek RTL8710BN variation that has the original Tuya chip. This variation does not appear in ESPH Device Builder for adoption but can be discovered by Home Assistant. <\/p>\n<p>2. An ESP variation that has had the original Tuya chip transplanted with an ESP-12F ESP 8266 chip. This variation does appear in ESPH Device Builder for adoption and can be discovered by Home Assistant. <strong>Recommended for a beginner.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Although the plug is in its original packaging, it has been opened so that the chipset can be replaced with an ESPHome firmware.
