Description
The Astute Smart Isolator is an energy monitoring, scheduling and control switch with load management and automation capability. The CBI Home App enables the user to configure the ASI to react to current, voltage, time, power and many other variables or a combination thereof. The ASI can be used to remotely control geysers, air conditioners, etc.
Please note that we have two variations of this isolator:
1. A Realtek RTL8710BN variation that has the original Tuya chip. This variation does not appear in ESPH Device Builder for adoption but can be discovered by Home Assistant.
2. An ESP variation that has had the original Tuya chip transplanted with an ESP-12F ESP 8266 chip. This variation does appear in ESPH Device Builder for adoption and can be discovered by Home Assistant. Recommended for a beginner.
Although the isolator is in its original packaging, it has been opened so that the chipset can be replaced with a ESPHome firmware. The device still carries a full warranty.
